Account holders must meet the minimum age shown during registration, have authority to bind the account, provide accurate information, and keep credentials secure.

Users may not submit fraudulent traffic, manipulate attribution, interfere with tracking, misuse personal data, or use the service unlawfully. We may hold activity for review and suspend access when needed to protect the network.

The platform records clicks, conversions, accounting events, security signals, and audit evidence needed to operate the service and resolve disputes. The Privacy Notice explains personal-data handling and request rights.

Publisher payments and advertiser charges follow the applicable role agreement and account terms. Material changes create a new version that must be accepted before continued account use.
